How Can I Add, Edit or Import My Service & Delivery Areas?
Our dashboard offers an easy way to manage your service and delivery areas. There, you'll be able to add or edit any new areas you service. We also have the option of a bulk import or google sheets sync. You'll be able to import a list of zip codes, postcodes or neighbourhoods you service.
Can I bulk import a spreadsheet of zip codes, postcodes or areas I service?
Of course! We offer an easy bulk import option so you can upload your spreadsheet, CSV or excel file of all services and the areas they service.
Embedding Our Widget On Your Website
Will DeliveryChecker work on my website?
Yes! Our widget works with all websites and CMS systems, even fully custom websites. Just a one-time simple copy-paste of our embed snippet and you're all done - we have tutorials to help get you set up in minutes.

Do you support locations in my country?
Yes! DeliveryChecker works with zip codes, neighborhoods, postcodes, pincodes, postal codes anywhere in the world. You can also restrict the search suggestions to your specific country so only relevant options appear in the search suggestions when your customers search.
We have multiple delivery services in the same areas, do you support that?
Yes! Simply add all your delivery services for each zipcode/postcode/postal code they serve. When a customer searches for their area, they'll see if you service their area and if there are multiple options, all relevant services in their area will be listed.

What's the cost to set up a delivery area availability widget on my site?
Our pricing varies based on the number of delivery service areas you add and the features you'd like, for example Analytics and Google Sheets Sync. More details on pricing are here. If you have any other questions, please feel free to chat with us and we'll be happy to help out.
Can I chage my plan later?
Our plans are totally flexible - you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
What happens if I need to cancel my account?
Cancelling is no problem - we don't have any lock in contracts. All plans are month-to-month by default so cancel whenever you need to although we'll be sad to see you go! Reach out to us if you have any questions or issues so we can resolve it if needed :)
